This is 🐐’d advice. Airfryers are just better.
Freeze it then air fry at 450. Drain the fat. Add a little water and plenty of salt into the pot for au jus. Crispy on the outside and no more than medium internally.

My only addition to your short intro is that technically he didn’t call anyone out, DW claimed he was referring to them. All in all I see good and bad from both groups, but both have probably come into net negative to me.
