@DrRJWebb 2/Mostly these patients are just vasodilated. However, some seem just not to refill their intravascular space fast enough - lymphatic dysfunction (maybe compression) perhaps? Noradrenaline, slow (but high dose if needed) diuresis or UF, consider compression bandages perhaps?
