@Mappy6984 What a sad state of affairs when cops aren’t looked at as being their to assist citizens but instead “get peoples blood pumping” and to “scare you”. To be fair though cops showed us their true colors during COVID and I’ll never forget it.

@TheJoeySwoll Can we talk about how just showing up to the gym is a huge accomplishment? I knew a guy who would come to the gym for 5 minutes then take a shower and leave. I finally asked him what was up and he said he was trying to make coming to the gym a habit first. It worked. He’s ripped.

When I look at ROI from #stepn I also take into account savings from habits that have changed due to the app. Gas savings per month $180. Not smoking savings per month $210-$250. Being able to fit into my old clothes $800. GsT earnings per month $1,500. Almost a $2,000 benefit.

@Cancelcloco People forget that the sheriff is the highest law in the land. Feds have to get a letter of cross certification in order to operate in the county. Sheriff doesn’t like what they are doing? He simply rescinds the letter and has his deputies arrest the federal agents.
