SROs have dealt with kids with THC (main psychoactive compound in marijuana) extract. Not all jurisdictions in Nebraska treat this the same. In Douglas County any form of THC extract (oil/wax/edibles) in ANY amount=Felony. There's NO misdemeanor charging options!
