Someone please genuinely tell me why I’m wrong. If your GP practices are facing increased waiting times then open extended hours like Saturdays. If patients can’t get through on the phone then get a better phone system or more staff to answer the phones.

@Translink_NI @McQuaidKP I can’t quite believe I’m reading this correctly? So if a passenger is entitled to use a smart pass for every other journey, suddenly this is refused because it’s a late bus? Are blind people not meant to travel late then? You guys need to review this policy @ImtacNI @rnibni

Honestly, the @navilens signage now available in #GrandCentralStation in #Belfast is fantastic! Used it this morning to walk from the Entrance, to bus stand 10 for the Int Airport bus and then to confirm time of the next bus departure. Really simple to use @Translink_NI @RNIBNI

@myblurredworld Elin I thought this was great! Totally get this. Whilst we are seeing a little more representation of disabled people in the media, but it’s still through a sighted lens. The media can be the worst for misrepresenting us but I know they also hold the key to fixing this too.
