I truly feel for the freshman student-athletes who haven’t experienced college team lifts this fall.
They helped me learn how to:
- be accountable
- set goals
- utilize mental skills (visualization, self talk, etc)
It was a HUGE part of my development.

6.64 60-yard dash from Bay Area World Series a few weeks ago (got it down to 6.54 at Showball since). Also threw 87 mph from the outfield. Thanks again for a great event!

You won’t regret it.
