Then got call last week with a chargesheet picture and wrong parking photo proof. While the case is right the whatsapp approach is wrong. Especially, when we are being spammed by frauds every day. Proper notice has to be sent via mail

@EurekaForbes I have been following up for the past 3 days. The machine is not working. Service engg asks for extra charges. When I call customer care, they either cut the call or ask for another 24 hrs. I have called 11 times, sent an email, reached on WhatsApp. No resolution.

Today morning I cold-called a Series A funded company founder. He was driving and asked me to call back later. But before disconnecting, he asked for the context of the call. The moment I mentioned about HIRING, he asked me to hold, he pulled over and we spoke for 30mins!

@Airtel_Presence That is a very quick reply team. Kudos! Since there was no reply for more than 2 days, my father had to travel 60km and spend 3.5hrs to get a new sim. Can you please, at least now, confirm if you have a sim home delivery service?

And the best part is, the service executive cuts the call when I asked him to connect me to his senior, for, he is not aware of the Airtel services offered on the app.
