@valentinavee Great thread! Another aspect is cameras are able to capture low light so much better now, which means lighting can be more natural in the motivated sources.

@FilmPatton @EnfixedYouTube Yep that’s it. Not a J cut, but letting the visual hang before cutting away. It helps with pacing and also really helps cutting off a soundbite between words.
