Wow, what a week Art Basel 2024 was- where do I even begin? I've been coordinating this 4 day, 10+ events with @MagicEden at a dream villa since mid July. As an agnostic web3 event coordinator, I've had the opportunity to work along side tons companies in the space- but this team deserves all the flowers and highest of praises Words can't explain how proud I am of them and how much they impressed me last week. The professionalism, attention to detail, kindness & care, the creativity, and their organization absolutely blew me away! Planning and executing a large scale event like this is no easy feat- but at every turn, they made it fun, easy, and beyond enjoyable. It was such a great experience to work with them and see how they conduct business on a professional and personal level Their diverse programming and insane partnership collabs easily made them one of the premier events of the week to attend. I need to take a moment to shout out some important people who made this incredible week happen: First, to @vohvohh- I can't say enough positive things about this absolute gangster of a woman. She wore endless hats to ensure the success of this event and went above and beyond in ways none of you will ever realize! I have so much respect and admiration for her... you guys really have no idea how special, motivated, and kind she is! Last week absolutely would not have happened if it wasn't for her. She is built different and no one holds a candle to her hustle @ElizabethOls0n was also heavily involved with these events, and she really pulled out all the stops to make sure our guests were taken care of and felt special. I loved getting to know her while brainstorming the fun activations for our guests. She is kind, absolutely killing it in the Bitcoin ecosystem, and I loved watching her shine in action doing her thing- super proud of her! To a few others on the ME team @Mikey_Big69 @SolNFTs (and others in the planning and operation shadows- you know who you are) who were boots on the ground and helped bts... thank you so so much for all that you do! I also need to thank @Troy__Arnold who has been my right hand man and the absolute powerhouse behind sourcing everything from our Villa to all the impossible asks we needed last week. He made them all happen- nothing was too big or too small. This man is so insanely connected in business/life, a true professional, a legit human being, and someone who I will do tons of business with in my lifetime. He's newer to web3, so make sure to follow him Shout out to @itsjimmyho_ & crew for the fire videography and photography this week! I saw sneak peaks and my jaw fell on the floor! Thank you for your hard work, incredible talent, and showcasing ME the way they should be showcased and represented Can't forget the @0xPolygon boys @brandalf23, @BigNillCollect and the rest of their big crew! They made the week so much fun and had the best dynamic running around the Villa. I applaud the thoughtful curation of their creator/KOL program- every person they picked was a personal favorite in the space... it honestly speaks volumes to the standards they hold and where you're going next year. Impressed is an understatement Our gaming partners @MattMarcou @ChrisGrassel @KatyjustCANnot @PlayWildcard @ThousandsTV their entire team, and all the awesome games & players involved- You all made our gaming den run smooth and a fun experience for all the guests. I loved getting to know you all To ALL of our incredible sponsors and partners that made the week unforgettable. I loved showcasing your brands at the bar and across the Villa for guests to learn who you are and what you're about- we appreciate you all so much! My web2 business partner @RobertVChambers who was in charge of all the great food and made sure we ran a smooth operation all week- I couldn't do what I do without you and our insanely talented catering team (True Roots on IG) All of my property management team, security staff, shuttle drivers, check in hosts, cleaning staff, and special helpers- you were the real MVPs on the ground! And a HUGE thank you to all our guests that stopped by in support of this phenomenal company and showed up for them- It speaks volumes! I'm glad I got to chat with a few of you while I was running around. I can't wait for you all to see what ME has in the works for the upcoming year
