2024 felt like a blur. As I was reflecting late last night I felt like I hadn't "done enough". So I decided to started writing down a few key things I was proud of. And it turns out I did A LOT last year that I want to remember. My professional highlights: Went to @Official_GDC in SF Took over Partnerships and Events for @decentraland Led Marketing for 4 major Decentraland events: Wellness Week, Art Week, Game Expo, Music Festival Hosted the first-ever Decentraland Community Summit in Buenos Aires with 100 people from 21 countries Enjoyed an offsite with the team in Iguazu Traveled to Portugal for the Decentraland DAO Summit Finally “finished” my home office set up Expanded my team (shoutout to Karolina, @Mastawainzz, @BayBackner, Shaheed Speller, and @mayurgupta77) Led the Decentraland 2.0 launch efforts Contributed to the Decentraland Whitepaper 2.0 Repositioned Decentraland as a social virtual world Kicked off Decentraland's first real ad campaign Earned 191 Media placements for Decentraland (thanks to @serotonin_hq) Featured in: @Decrypt, @Benzinga, @TechInformed, Blockchain Social, etc. Guest on multiple podcasts: @myosin_xyz , @ProofOfTalent, @NFTCatcherPod, etc Spoke on what feels like hundreds of Spaces and Panels. So if you felt like you didn't do "enough": Take an hour. Flip through your photos. Review your calendar. And really appreciate all of the work you did in 2024. Whether it was jam packed or a more spaced out and simplified year. You got it done. 👏

@nickgraynews I always say that I never want to own the private jet or private yacht (too much maintenance), but I'd love to rent them whenever I want. That's the goal.

Success isn’t just about money—it’s about owning your time. Yesterday, I was the Mystery Reader for my son’s class. The moment he saw me—his eyes lighting up, the excited ‘MOMMY!’—was everything I needed after a long morning. I love my work, but I also need the freedom to show up for my kids. To volunteer in their classroom. To pick them up when they are sick. To be present at dinnertime. Family first, that’s my non-negotiable. Set boundaries. Define what matters. Choose work that honors both. That’s real success.
