@CarolSadan I do this all the time and find it a vital editing tool. Picks up missing/repeated words and really good for showing where sentences/dialogue are not flowing. Couldn’t edit without this now!

@amsunshine_ Ugh so sorry. I feel your pain. I do have under active thyroid, got pills was told the weight would drop off when thyroid better - nope, went on if anything. I am sending you a huge hug. It’s really really hard ❤️

@amsunshine_ Try looking into intermittent fasting. I don’t eat after 6pm until after 10am next day - have lost weight without changing what I’m eating. Obviously it’s cutting calories cos no food in evening and its helped me lose but not feel like I’m dieting (lifelong weight struggles here)
