@DrTraceyK Maybe a papilloma. Our beagle had one last year - pretty common. They will either leave it until it falls off (ugh) or like our Dolly Beagle, they will surgically remove it.

Sitting around waiting for a patient to develop symptoms when we know early pathogenetic remodelling is already occurring (especially in young gene + patients) is just suboptimal. This needs to be a serious focus going forward.

Instead of just asking whether the patient has symptoms after eating (SOB, lightheadedness/dizziness),also ask them if they ever have symptoms walking to their car after a restaurant meal,that often short walk can unmask LVOTO related SXs..
