You couldn't be more on the mark, emulation and ROMS is a perfect way of preservation and far superior to any official output from any company. There's so many games that would have disappeared forever if emulation wasn't as big as it is.

There's nothing to attack or grounds for attack, these aren't endorsed or provided by Microsoft it's the same as downloading an emulator to your Windows pc, you'll never find one on the Store. It's a consumer based program developed for use in Dev mode.
