@Eddie_Cliff Thanks for attending! Agree; time to rethink about how we should select RP2D for cell therapy. Is the traditional MTD appropriate if there is no clear dose response relationship? Need to also consider shorter manufacturing time (hopefully cheaper) for lower dose. More to come!
