@ryanOpulus Math is strong except 1 week rental per year does not equal 90% of the enjoyment IMO. Personally if I couldn’t afford the 911 I wouldn’t bother renting it and wishing I owned it. To be fair a 911 is arguably the most desirable car in the world 😂

No tax on tips seems impossible not to game, and I am all for it leading to the end of actual income tax.

I used to analyze the year end summary of a credit card my wife uses and it did a great job breaking out Target and other expenses, totaling them, etc. But it was ugly!

Your money is losing value continuously (and usually more insidiously) by design. Prices are not going back to what they once were. The system forces investment, not savings. If you choose NOT to be an investor you are choosing to lose purchasing power.
