I was going to ask why people film themselves doing every little thing but it just hit me that I hate how I look, especially in pics, I’d avoid taking them & only 5 years later I start to think I looked good after pic was taken.
I usually shoot my workout videos after doing no less than 3 sets. I’m not really interested in what goes on camera
