@TomiLahren I think a lot of people are reading into this more than what it actually was. The booing probably stems from the eagles fan base. Taylor was an Eagles fan until she dated Travis.

Here are The Tragic facts: People Involved: - Desire Pool - The victim, aged 41. - Officer Shelby Kennedy - The Houston Police Department (HPD) officer driving the vehicle at the time of the incident. - Jalen Gary - Desire Pool's son who witnessed the incident. - Lee Gordon - Desire Pool's uncle. - Patricia Barnes - Desire Pool's mother. Date and Location: - The incident occurred on September 19, 2024, along Antoine Drive near Pinemont Drive in northwest Houston, Texas. Story Details: - On the night of September 19, 2024, Desire Pool was crossing Antoine Drive with her children after getting off a bus when she was struck and killed by an HPD patrol vehicle driven by Officer Shelby Kennedy. The crash happened around 9:52 PM. - According to reports, Pool and her group were not in a marked crosswalk at the time of the incident. Video footage from the patrol car's dashcam and Officer Kennedy's body camera was later released by HPD, showing the moments before and after the crash. - The dashcam video captured Officer Kennedy's vehicle driving into a group of three people in the roadway, with Pool being the only one unable to jump out of the way in time. Her children could be heard screaming and crying as officers attempted to administer CPR on Pool at the scene. - A suspect in the backseat of the police vehicle, who was being transported to the Joint Processing Center, was heard shouting in shock as the crash occurred. - Pool's family expressed outrage over the incident, particularly because they felt the release of the video footage was insensitive, especially since it was done without prior notification to the family. They also questioned the decision to allow Officer Kennedy back on duty during the ongoing investigation into the crash. - HPD is conducting two separate investigations: one by their internal affairs department and another by their vehicular crimes division. The findings will be reviewed by the Harris County District Attorney's Office for further action.
