Well said. Too many ignoramuses don’t have knowledge of Jewish history. My great grandparents escaped the pogroms in Ukraine & other Eastern Europe countries in late 1800s/early 1900s & came to the U.S. to survive. American & Israeli Jews have been persecuted throughout history.
The problem I see here is the same problem I see with too many people on X or in the real world who simply lack the knowledge of the full true history behind where we are today, and the most rudimentary understanding of the people Israel is fighting against.

I’ve been thinking the same. We’ve got Americans as hostages and this administration didn’t impose heavy political or military price on Hamas & its supporters in int’l community to get them back in first hostage release. Gone are the days when U.S. was feared by the Arab world.

I agree with your analysis. Except I don’t favor a 2-state solution. I believe the government should not agree to hostage exchange for dangerous prisoners. Need to consider security of millions of civilians. Israel is encouraging further hostage by agreeing to unfavorable terms.

If true, that the Biden admin is supporting a ceasefire without release of hostages, then that is a huge disappointment. Israel must go into Rafah and finish the job. The fact it hasn’t yet indicates that U.S. is holding the leverage with respect to military equipment and $$$.

Good interview. Need hostages asap, with reasonable ratio of number of prisoners released. Maybe release prisoners to other countries? Must not give up on main goals: demilitarizing Hamas organization & new governance. Must prevent any temporary ceasefire from becoming permanent.

How will immigration & border patrol know which persons are Hamas & perpetrators? It’s not like they wear uniforms or will have ‘Hamas’ plastered on their chests. & with U.S. southern borders, almost anybody can come into the U.S. I’m not sure how effective this ban will be.

These Gazans—If they really feel this way, then they must provide IDF with Intelligence about location of hostages & Hamas leaders (if they know) and also location where Hamas fires rockets & where troops are (which they are more likely to know). This is the way to end the war!
More and more Gazans openly say that Hamas has ruined their lives and that Hamas does nothing but steal from the Palestinian people.
