One of the worst days ever for the Russian Air Force: Today, at least 4 aircraft- an Su-34 strike jet, an Su-35 fighter and two Mi-8 helicopters, were shot down by anti-air missiles over Bryansk Oblast within Russia.

The remainder was humanitarian aid which will be redirected to a 4th bill that will include the REPO act to use russian assets to pay for it. Not ideal… but the amounts for military and humanitarian aid is about the same as the Senate bill.
