Scan food barcodes on the app to see what’s processed. We advocate for unprocessed, natural, whole foods.

@bryan_johnson We agree. People need guidance, so we created our app to make eliminating processed food easy and questionless 💚

@bryan_johnson The meat eaters aren’t going to like this, but as long as there’s nothing processed in there then we don’t have a problem with it!

When I was eating a standard American diet, I could eat a maximum of 1800 calories. Beyond that point, I would gain weight. After eliminating ALL forms processed food from my diet, I began losing weight. I upped my calories and continued to lose weight. The point at which I no longer lost weight was 3000 calories. That’s almost double the amount of calories I can eat, purely because my food is natural and whole and doesn’t damage my metabolic health. That’s why our app doesn’t allow you to log calories. It’s never been about the calories.

@markeatsmeat Doesn’t matter to us. If there are added ingredients and the original form of the product as it is derived naturally is altered, don’t consume it.

@annavwellness We see this day in day out. It really is as simple as removing the processed foods from your diet. There is little need to reduce calories!
