This definitely use to be me. But I grew our of it after I turned like 20. I had a severe fear of dissappointing the people I loved and really cared about so I just wouldn’t tell them when certain stuff would happen, it was very counter productive.

I need to get tested for this, when I’m on my period sometimes I get lightheaded and feel like I’m going to pass out from how bad the pain is. My cramps the first few days are unbearable and medication hardly helps. I almost feel like the first 2-4 days I have to be in bed 24/7.
