A friend of mine did this thing last year. I was involved in all her processes..I helped with transcripts, he results, POF, advices, moral support and what not. When her visa came, she showed me. Then we started another hustle for accomodation and flight tickets.
My closest friend from Uni left Nigeria to the UK sometime in 2022. I had been calling her weekly till sometime in March and she told me she had been in the UK since 6 months prior. I just blocked her everywhere.

Last year's memorial, I couldn't walk by myself. And I cried so much that day too. I was in massive pain and it was also the first memorial without my dad. Literally, the whole day was just hazy for me..I'm glad I'm able to rise above all the pains and I won't cry today.

The first time I entered an airplane was a few months ago. I can't lie, I cried as I stepped into the plane. It took me well over 28 years to have my first flight experience??? I cried. There and then I prayed that it was the beginning of endless air flights for me.
