one of the amazing things i learned from physicians in the US was to actually accept that you can't have a knowledge of everything & it is completely ok to look it up in a journal/book and then get back to the other person.
unfortunately, it is not encouraged here.

do 12 hours ER night float followed by morning rounds (add about 4 hours- that makes a total of 16 hours), come home, have lunch/dinner, go to sleep and immediately the next day you are doing 24 hours of floors (inpatient) followed by 6 hours of clinic (outpatient).

1-i wouldn't even wish for my enemies to end up there
2-mayo hospital (with all its flaws) is far better than jinnah hospital in terms of quality of care and infrastructure.

Biochem first year-6/6 class test failed. internal assessment was a nightmare. hated biochem.
fast forward 4 years, step 1 preparation, watched Dr.Turco's lectures(iykyk),loved biochemistry after that.always started my revision from biochem bcz it was ♥️
