This is well put! I remember asking my boss while he was collecting money for my graduation after I finished learning printing. He explained that the money would be used to improve the tools we used during the apprenticeship so that new joiners could have access to better tools.

This scene was so relatable. I worked late at night and was going back home around 11:30PM. This guys stopped me at VI, saw my mac and lay all sort of claims.
I heard a gun shot down from us it was so dark. I had to let go of all the cash in my wallet $200 & N25K.

What I have realised from working with startups around here is that they always allocate resources / money for every other department except for design department. There’s no provision for the design team whatsoever until you start requesting which often causes scope creep.
