Barb is illiterate when it comes to Michigan’s Separation of Powers apparently. @GovWhitmer abused those powers multiple times in multiple fronts.
Courts are a key part of the separation of powers. They protect us from illegal abuse of executive power. Judges have been pausing Trump orders where challengers have shown a substantial likelihood of success on the merits and risk of irreparable harm.

Journalists remind @GovWhitmer often how she promised to subject her office to public records requests and never did. At this point, this debate still rests with the Legislature. They can either send the governor a #FOIA bill (and dare her to veto it) or they can keep talking.
