If youre still using W7 it's on you.
Even for PCs that dont support 11, 10 is still a viable option (for now). Just pop in a dirt cheap SATA ssd, and any modern windows will run fairly smoothly.
And, saying chromium based stuff hog resources isnt funny anymore. They really dont.

RDR2's physics are the most natural imo. GTA 4's physics are a bit overdone, GTA 5's physics are a bit underdone
