If a community pays to create parks, streets, and school districts, they are a shared accessible resource. But one may not opt to take his share of parks funding and pay his country club dues. Or private school.

This interview was conducted by a student at Iowa City High School, where my nephew is a freshman. They are not permitted to read anything for assignments but what is shelved in the school library. My grandfather was its principal for years; he must be turning in his grave.
