Bro is so rich he doesn't have to use public transport and does not know the perils of overcrowded and dangers and horrors of Mumbai local. This is the same logic Bajaj gave when he was asked to include indicators on scooters.
The upper class needs to stop bashing Bombay for the lack of a metro system.
It's the only city in India with a usable public transport system that the poor can actually use.
