On May 10, 2024, Tulsa Race Massacre survivor Viola Ford Fletcher turns 110 years old. On April 2, 2024, she attended an Oklahoma Supreme Court hearing in the reparations case for the last 2 know living survivors. If the High Court rules in their favor, the case goes to trial.

Just wrapped an interview with a buyer of properties who claims one of Tulsa's largest multi-family appraisers has been redlining (undervaluing) properties in North Tulsa for years. Many investors are afraid to speak publicly out of fear of being blacklisted. I'm on the case.
