I know loads of people who got Teslas and other EV's for basically free, just setting up the right things and your good. The requirements were something like "setup a new bussines, have less than 5 employee, and you get x amount for some environmental friendly bs grant" Many just set up quick businesses, they employed themselves, and they got quick access to 50-100k which they used to buy EV's. After the whole thing expires you shut down the business and keep the assets.
