Just in case some people are wondering why I'm just sitting in the kayak watching others pull the kayak in, it's because they are giving me a break from doing 99% of the kayaking for each rescue trip. each trip out takes 15-20m, the last pull in takes 30 seconds. .

1) I went to parliament after lunch today. Did my COVID19 self-test at 330pm. Test came back positive. Confirmed by a PCR test an hour later. I don't have any symptoms. I will be quarantining at home for the next 10 days. Will spend the next hour or so alerting my close contacts.
