Two pots of cherry yog that i hate but my mum bought it instead of peach😞 i also add strawberry fruit flakes since that was the only way to make it tolerable
I usually only have this granola when I’m binging cuz it’s high in cals. But today I decided to let myself have it, and i was so good. No regrets, just satisfaction🤍

It just depends on the person! For ex let’s say ur parents know u sh, having an app like that is not bad. Plus u can easily say it’s for any bad habit like overuse of social media ect. It doesn’t mean ur doing hard drugs or smth

The first meal was actually a packed lunch because im tired of going to work without eating anything before or during my shift, it sucks so bad. So, i reused yesterday’s pic lol😭.

Unfortunately i ate more biscuits than that and therefore i will never buy them again. For my own mental health i will try not to estimate how many calories it was🫡 also all the beige is so embarrassing and im craving fruit now😭
