We often had a lot of uniqueness between different campaigns at spotify, so my specs were rather detailed. Usually a mix of redlines + some noted info + some additional animation info when needed.

With all the layoffs happening in tech, I wanted to remind folks that because Kickstarter was (and is) unionized, that enabled employees to negotiate the terms of the layoffs rather than be blindsided and left with no healthcare or padded safety net.
On April 20th, Kickstarter management announced that they were planning to lay off ~40% of our workforce. After two weeks of bargaining, we negotiated a severance package that we are incredibly proud of.

In high school, I was asked to design the backdrop for our spring musical. I used a mishmash of what I had at my disposal at ~14, which was basically paper, the library scanner, and MS paint.
I just unearthed my childhood keepsakes bin, and lo and behold, I kept the paper mock.
