"there's not interesting parallels to be made". just say you don't read. Reason why Hank's frequent breakdowns (which led to him becoming Yellowjacket & eventually slapping Janet) started was because of his creation of Ultron, ever since Ultron-1.
Tony has always been a more compelling creator for Ultron. Like, there's no interesting parallels to be made between an ant themed scientist and his metal Frankenstein's Monster beyond ant and boot. Him being a dark reflection of if Iron Man was all Iron, no Man, is really cool.
