@VirginMediaIE Can anyone support me here ? @EamonRyan @comreg @SimonHarrisTD . I have ever seen a worse customer service than @VirginMediaIE @virginmedia I have seen sorry message several times but no progress even after all the escalations.

@VirginMediaIE @comreg @EamonRyan Thats a never ending loop of sending DM, giving all details, check out, customer service saying sorry, and then repeat the same process again. This is going since 2 weeks now.

@VirginMediaIE @comreg Can you please activate my old account or give me a new contract with Coaxial as the fibre cable is not able to install ? That’s the least Virgin Media can help here and I am sure, it can be done. There are many neighbours using coaxial. Why I am being force to use fibre.

@VirginMediaIE Hello, I am still stuck. Technician was not able to install broadband and have asked Virgin Media to get another appointment with second line build team. Can someone help here getting this escalated? It has been weeks I am without broadband.
