@evandrofilhobr @realarainmd very nice case. Excellent case demonstrating antegrade HDR. HDR can be performed retrogradely as well and sometimes facilitates antegrade or retrograde wire crossing. Excellent visualization and use of safety wire. The amount of contrast used for HDR is a bit on the higher side.

@jtsaxon @GuiAttizzaniMD @djc795 @akcmahi Need more info. Can't see left main filling up. Valve sizing could be an issue but need info about it. Appears to be quite oversized so high risk 4 ppm. Its really 0mm or -1mm deployment. So personally would like 1mm into LV. It doesn't look commissurally aligned.

@momermd It's at a certain limit switches to paranoia or dooms gloom thinking. Interestingly, many people are born with the ability to think this way.

@AntoniousAttall Have seen this with both cangrelor & ticagrelor load as well. There is some literature support for it. Early p2y12 admin can increase timi flow. Clopidogrel has a delayed spike. While ATLANTIC failed to show this, other studies have shown this observation.
