Lessons learnt over last week😇:
- Be honest with your customers
- Accept and apologize
- Let them vent openly
- Keep them engaged
- Extend subscription even if it means revenue loss in short term (we added 2 weeks for 1 week pain)
- Resolve issues fast
- Change with caution

Our webservers were down for 30 min or so yesterday due to DC network fault. It made us trending on twitter for wrong reasons :). Here what we have done:
