@ProfTomEllis It's 5 minutes in Central PA (swing state!). It just really depends on the state and the polling district. Larger cities (leaning left) in Republican-controlled states == fewer polling districts == longer lines ~= voter suppression, because the Rs cheat to win (if you let them!)
