Check out WV's Wolfsburg factory - they operate their own coal energy plant to just keep the place running.

The problem is scale and low margins.
In order to scale enough to make a profit on the low margins, you have to sacrifice quality at some point.
Good point that ~10-15 years after Airbnb, Uber and Tinder were founded they've all become low quality
Airbnb is majority low quality listings
Tinder is catfish and OnlyFans bots
Uber X is dirty cars, aggressive drivers, unless you pay Uber Black = more you'd pay for a taxi

Wind is objectively safer hands down.
But it will never be a 24/7/365 source of energy like Nuclear can be.
We need a mix, most of energy should be supplied by renewable sources and topped up by Nuclear when those sources are not performing or not available.

There are no price controls.
EU as a market and each country negotiates with a supplier directly and can achieve a much better price than an individual insurance company like in the US.
There's no law that gets amended for price controls every time there's a new drug released.
