The kids and I are home, @Half_A_Pond was finishing up the VERY LAST BATCH of finished sauce for this drop and then he’ll be home. We got another batch prepped to start fermenting, processed batches of all 4 varieties, and chopped another 30# of peppers. We initiated the boyfriend into the sauce business, and got some pizza. I’d call it another successful sauce session! We may not leave our recliners tomorrow…..

@myockey I do a lot of cursing trying to get it right. The numbers stand for letters (but not in a way that makes any sense). 😂 It’s a short term solution, we’ll be printing on the bottles eventually.
