1) Focus on protein It’s easy for vegans to discount protein. You need to have high quality protein sources as a vegan. I’m talking tofu, tempeh, seitan, and vegan protein shakes.

Why is no one talking about how vegan diets are great for weight loss? The majority of plant-based foods are lower in calories. You get to eat more volume and lower your calorie intake. 🤷‍♂️
