I'm nearly 27 and don't pay rent but do my own food shopping and pick bits up for my Mum and help with housework etc. I'd happily pay rent but my Mum knows I'm saving for my mortgage so won't take money off of me. However, she would if I was wasting my wages and not saving!

Anxiety is the most difficult challenge I have to face on a daily basis and it winds me up SO much when people claim to have anxiety just because they're a bit nervous now and again. They literally have no idea about how horrible it is!

When are we going to end the stigma around going to therapy/counselling? It's not embarrassing and it's nothing to be ashamed of. People actually look uncomfortable if I ever mention that I go to therapy and I just don't understand it 😅
