It's been proven repeatedly that the data sets consist of stolen works. There is, in my opinion, no justification for the use of stolen content.

"AI" as it currently is, is a procedural generation software that relies on a data set to generate the finished product. It has been shown over and over again that those data sets are composed of stolen works.
