You might be right. To be honest I don't know all the details in that regard. I suspect neither of us knows the actual truth. Wow - that sounds so cynical LOL. I digress... With the details coming out about that lab bust (which the media has kept unbelievably quiet about) being the largest in the "world" I think our government should independently make it a top priority to fix the fentanyl problem period. Never mind what Trump is asking for - we should be eliminating the problem pronto. Top priority for Canadian citizen's health and welfare. I'm pretty sure you agree. I believe you are correct when you say a small amount goes across the border. Apparently they are actually shipping (like ship as in huge boat) it into the States - at least that is what I heard someone say - but don't ask me who because but I recall them being "reputable". LOL. I would have to disagree about Trump being clueless but hey, we're allowed to disagree. I tend to agree with most of his policies - I don't like that some are affecting Canada but in my opinion it sets a standard that our leadership needs to aspire to...like putting Canada and Canadian's first as an example. The truth is...we are, and always have been, the little brother/sister to the United States. That family dynamic has afforded us the opportunity and luxury of being the peaceful, caring sibling (nation) - lets pay our fair share for that opportunity/luxury and then our big brother won't push us down the stairs. Listen...I had a couple older brother and they didn't care that I was their lil' sister when they decided they wanted to remind me of that. Sometimes you just gotta do what you gotta do to make your big brother feel like he won. 😎 That is the reality of the situation in my very humble opinion. 🥰

@LACanuck @PierrePoilievre Where are you getting your information on immigration with regard to more coming to Canada than vice versa. Please post - I find that very hard to believe but would be open to seeing where you got that information.

DEI is discrimination. It should always be the best person for the job. Period. There is a line by line audit happening by department and they are being extremely transparent. Of course I'm not sure what you see/hear or don't see/hear but there is definitely an audit going on. Canada hopefully is next for budget accountability. Fingers crossed.

- Learned how to think, act and feel healthy - Eat as "organic" as possible and make as much at home as possible (I cheat occasionally 😎) - Keep chemicals away from my body as much as possible - only take "medicine" if absolutely necessary - drink reverse osmosis water with added trace minerals - supplement with Magnesium, B Complex, B12 (strict vegetarian), C and D a couple times a week - take ginger/tumeric shots 3 - 4 times a week in winter - wash my hands regularly - have removed plastics from my kitchen and do not store food in plastic ever - might be "controversial" and I don't mean it to be but - I didn't have any covid shots or flu shots - mostly I just have an "I'm healthy attitude" always :-)

If you're saying he voted 10 years ago to cut border funding and now he is voting to increase border funding, it does appears he changed his mind. Unless I'm not understanding what you're asking me. I think we can both agree that the times and certainly the border have changed both drastically and significantly in the last 4 - 5 years. Personally, I value a leader who can adapt their stance for the benefit of the citizens when the situation demands it.

Thank you for your perspective. Always good to hear the other side. What I do know for sure is this: 1. The largest drug lab in Canadian history has just been uncovered in B.C., Canada. Our government should be deeply concerned about the fentanyl crisis for our own citizens safety. I commend Trump for his efforts to combat the scourge that's killing Americans. It's time to FIX IT. 2. If there's supposedly "nothing wrong" with our trade deficit, then why not negotiate? Clearly, Trump believes there's room for improvement, and his perspective warrants consideration - NEGOTIATE. 3. We aren't contributing our fair share towards our security but reaping all the benefits - PAY IT We must do what is necessary, and Trump should continue his efforts, particularly with the audit of government spending and shutting down DEI propaganda (in my opinion). I truly hope such transparency extends to Canada. I believe when people find out the truth, some won't be prepared for it. We can hope I'm wrong but I would recommend preparing for a WILD AND CRAZY RIDE. Change...it is a comin'. How do I know? I have Spidey-Sense 😎🥰
