@jakerosenberg33 Right - that’s why Joe Douglas failed-he’s essentially a glorified scout; note (per DM’s action yesterday) JD didn’t even clear out the weak personnel staff that oversaw years of failure and replace it with his own people.. and once he hit some bumps, he shrunk into himself
