Coming from an attorney here, needless to say, a federal judge with much more criminal experience/trial oversight, needs to be assigned to the matter of precedent. Nothing against her, more experience is needed on the bench, especially for this historic matter.

Very rarely will you legal scholars miss one. But you did. That defendant, has two other open incredibly serious federal indictments, and a Georgia indictment. The judge must take that massively into consideration as well. Even though he’s assumed innocent. He’s indicted.

If the judge didn’t make this order now, but said she may read the Disneyland instructions as a jury charge. And then ultimately charged the jury with Disneyland instructions, it’s akin to PRA. It’s absurd that there could be no appeal of a ridic charge. They can defend with PRA.
