@ki_twyce_ i've seen tiered access to assurance data - you get our SOC 2 for free, but if you want more like a custom questionnaire you have to pay bc there's overhead to do your questionnaire

Accountability = expectations + transparency Build shared baseline expectations. Write them down. Agree on how you'll review results. Define a format. Review and revise this system often. Make it easy for everyone to win.

It's easy to consume productivity content and feel productive. Don't fall into that trap. Instead, find 3-5 top tier sources, take action on their lessons, then reflect.
