One of korra’s biggest issues as a show was that it just ended. Aangs story was about ending the fire nations 100 year war. So when that was complete, the story was over. But in korra, it just ends. Needed something that had more finality.

@jojinho00 @G_angstalicious @godofavatar Zaheer as a non air bending master unlocked abilities that master airbenders could only dream of. He was able to use his bending to defeat some of the strongest benders in the world. In terms of ability, he was a master.

@rukio2good @JIROKUNNN The suggestion of instant generation is that people become more proficient at separating positive and negative energies. The same way computers used to be slower than what they are now.

@rukio2good @JIROKUNNN After so much time has passed and so many cultures mingling with each other, and a fire lord in afraid to share information with anyone, it makes sense that more people would be able to use and use it more effectively. The real world works this way too.

Atla has much higher highs and when it gets going it’s peak. But korra is a much more consistent show and Korra as a character is much more relatable than aang.
