Listenn, I had an opt for like 3 months and adopted this older black lady as my postal grandma. My opt ended but I went to see on an Amazon Sunday. She came out and was like well look who finally came back round and she gave me tomatoes from her garden. I miss seeing her everyday

This actually works. My weight loss journey suffered because I hated my body. In order for me to commit, I needed to learn to love it and improve it. I give myself 5 minutes to admire- not just ‘look’- and speak kindly to myself. It started out rough but I enjoy it now. 😊😊😊
Sometimes I think the only way I got "over" my body dysmorphia was by adding naked mirror-time to my morning routine.
Just stand in the mirror and admire the parts of yourself that you love. The love will eventually overflow into the rest.

There is no belt between the legs for that ride. I don't recommend watching the video if you haven't seen it but there is one that's about 4 minutes where a girl is asking an engineer where the belt is just before the incident.
