Urantsetseg Tserendorj was stabbed this time 9.30pm today a year ago. She remained in critical condition until she died 2 weeks later. She was a cleaner walking home from work. I brought some flowers today to the location where the tragedy occurred & had to ask a friend where 1/2

At height of H1N1 in 2009 I arrived in Hong Kong & was sent to a quarantine hotel for 2 weeks no ifs or buts. This was after many losses of lives with SARS. I won't lie it wasn't the most pleasant experience but it was necessary. I'll be asking Ministers this week for the same.
